50% INCREASE IN OUTPUT
ARB Brushless compressors boast an additional 50% in output when compared to our current market leading ARB brushed compressor thanks to the brushless motor, meaning less time inflating and more time adventuring.
ACTIVE COOLING
An active cooling system has been included in each motor/compressor assembly to achieve higher performance. When powering off, the Brushless utilises a fan which automatically turns off once the unit has cooled to ensure premium performance and longevity.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
Maintains optimum performance and operations across all pressure and ambient temperature conditions.
STATUS REPORTING
Live diagnostics via audio and visual alerts.
VOLTAGE PROTECTION
Protects the compressor and power supply from damage due to voltage spikes, drops and fluctuations.
OVERLOAD PROTECTION
Protects the compressor and power supply from damage due to over-current or motor stall.
FUNCTION CONTINUITY
The ARB Brushless is constantly monitoring itself and can make adjustments to account for factors such as temperature and variations in vehicle charging systems.
MAINTENANCE FREE MOTOR
Brushless means no wearing components, giving you a compressor with increased life cycle, whilst removing the need for internal servicing to replace brushes, etc.

QUICK-RELEASE MOUNTS
On-board units can be removed using cam-lock quick release mounts, making installation and removing a simple process.
RELAYS ELIMINATED
The inclusion of the brushless motor also means there is no need for the mounting of relays, further reducing the install time.
SMART START-UP
Staggered “Power-On” for twin variants to reduce the power spike at start up allowing brushless twins to start up on vehicles with smaller charging systems.
MOTOR ISOLATION
As an inbuilt part of the brushless twin compressor’s programming, it can shut down just one of its two motors in order to keep operating on a vehicle where the charging system has become too drained to still support twin compressor levels of output.
POLARITY CORRECTION HARNESS
The Brushless portable variants include a polarity correction harness, allowing you to connect either of the blue compressor clamps to either of the two terminals on your battery.
